Enzymes are vital for our health. They’re essential catalysts for proper chemical reactions associated with digestion, hormone production, and immunity. Brain functioning and all other physiologic processes also rely on adequate enzymes – they’re an absolute necessity for life!

Enzymes are depleted by stress, processed foods, and environmental contaminants. As a result, the mechanisms that create these vital molecules must work over-time to produce more enzymes. Worse yet, enzyme deficiencies are connected to all health problems. However, you can change that through enzyme therapy and good nutrition. Through this approach, many clients quickly experience health improvements. Others take a little longer – a couple weeks or so. But the short wait pays off as you’ll feel vibrant and look revitalized.

How do you test for enzyme deficiencies and nutritional deficiencies? At Women’s Health Advantage, here are the steps we take to liberate you from poor health. First, enzyme and nutritional deficiencies are determined by the Loomis 24-hour urinalysis. One part of the test rules out diseases such as diabetes, hepatitis, infections, and other problems that require a physician’s care. The other part of the test shows toxin levels, allergy patterns, and deficiencies of enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

Next, onsite blood tests are done to confirm urinalysis findings and screen for other health problems. The test results are studied from a nutritional perspective.

Finally, because the body registers health problems at certain points, diagnostic palpations are performed on the face, torso, and legs. Sometimes muscle contractions and pain in specific areas may be indicators of structural misalignment or compromised functioning of certain organs.

How do you treat enzyme deficiencies and nutritional deficiencies? At Women’s Health Advantage, enzyme therapy occurs in several ways.

Food Enzymes: The Thera-Zyme line of products provides high quality enzymes for optimal health. These formulations also include herbs that supply vital nutrients. For sensitive individuals, these unique preparations are easily digested and assimilated.
Glandulars: In all traditional cultures, organs and glands were considered essential foods for their high nutritional value. Modern science has confirmed that digested proteins from animal organs travel to corresponding organs in the human body. To improve functioning of human organs, sometimes animal organs may be recommended. We offer freeze-dried products that are derived only from organic and grass-fed animals raised in New Zealand.

Green Foods: Wheat grass, blue green algae, spirulina, and other chlorophyll-rich foods are sources of concentrated nutrition. These foods are brimming with amino acids, essential fatty acids, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Concentrated products offered through Women’s Health Advantage are pure, organic, and never genetically engineered.

Bio-Identical Progesterone: To correct hormone imbalances, we offer oral formulations of plant-derived progesterone in a natural vitamin E base. This base has been shown to be the best carrier for progesterone. Unlike synthetic hormones, bio-identical progesterone is safer and easily metabolized with fewer side effects.

Other Products: Women’s Health Advantage is always expanding its line of advanced nutritional supplements, personal care products, and healthy food alternatives.
